With a lower cost, you will be able to create a sketchup 3-D model which the model can be rotated and viewed and also receive our screenshot images of environment so the houses will look more alive.

With 3D PhotoRealistic Image Rendering, we are able to view the design before built realistically.
Our team are able to create custom models or Furniture, Texture/Material, add human and etc

3D Animation


Starting from January 2020, You will be able to view your design in "Reasonably" realistic animation video.

Although the result is not as realistic as "3D Still images" or "360 Degree VR" services.

Our team are able to create custom models or furniture, Texture/Material, and 3D human etc

                                        "DO-FIRST-PAY-LATER"                                           

We offer our new clients "DO-FIRST-PAY-LATER" for the FIRST IMAGE (1 Image) rendering.

BC:
If you do, we are offering our new clients “Do-First-Pay-Later” for the FIRST rendering image. Doubt no more!

BC:


Here is the process:
It is most likely to be the same as our regular service workflow, only that for “Do-First-Pay-Later”, we will not request for any advance payment prior to starting the project. Only after the final rendering is done and approved, we will then request for the full payment of the project. 

BC:

If this is the case, there will be two options for you to choose:

1. We will start with one rendering. And only after the first final rendering is approved and we receive the full payment for the first rendering along with 50% advance payment for the remaining service requested, we will then proceed with the other services requested.

2. We will start all at a time, but we will need to request for 50% advance payment. ( no "DO-FIRST-PAY-LATER")

BC:

Terms and conditions for “Do-First-Pay-Later”:

1. Advance scheduling from client for the new rendering project is required at least one week before the project starts.

2. “Do-First-Pay-Later” does not valid for urgent or immediate rendering project.

3. Two times free revisions during the draft rendering is applicable for “Do-First-Pay-Later”. 

4. Please make sure that client doesn't have any problem with payment method, our portfolio's quality and other mentioned items on our website before starting "DO-FIRST-PAY-LATER".

                 "Q & A"                   

BC:

We accept payment via wire transfer and Paypal.

WIRE TRANSFER
1. United States of America Local Bank Account (USD).
2. United Kingdom Local Bank Account (GBP).
3. New Zealand Local Bank Account (NZD).
4. Europe Local Bank Account (EUR).
5. Australia Local Bank Account (AUD).

It is understood and agreed to that this business relationship information may provide certain information that is and must be kept confidential. Therefore, our company agrees not to disclose any confidential information, including the 3D visualization rendering images, to other parties, including through social media, websites etc, unless it is allowed by our clients. We guarantee on providing complete confidentiality to all clients.

If it is absolutely necessary for you to have your NDA documents signed, you are welcome to send them over. We will examine the documents and let you know whether we can sign them and proceed. 

BC:

Should client terminate the order at any time for any reason, BC-Art Render is entitled to payment for all work completed and services provided. 

BC:

As we are an online-based company, currently we communicate via email or other messenger as per requested.

BC:
There are 2 stages in our working procedure (3D Still Images & 360 Degree VR):
1) Camera view angle options and Draft Rendering;
2) Final Rendering with color editing. 

BC:

Typically it takes 5-8 days to complete a 3d rendering, which is the average. It depends on the project size, complexity, special requests, and the inevitable changes. To get a clear idea, it is necessary for us to review each case individually.

As most of our clients need 3-D Sketchup model for preliminary design visualization.
Below are some items that we usually receive:

1. Style of Sketchup,

       -Currently we have the "black and white" style that is on our portfolio page above,                but if you have another request of style, please send us a reference picture.
         Note : Some requests may take a longer time to produce. 

2. Autocad plans are great. A clean Hand Sketches or PDF are good as well!
3. Any other details you need us to visualize.

DETAILS REQUIRED

1. Autocad plans are great. A clean Hand Sketches or PDF are good as well!
2. Material information (trim,doors,windows,walls,accent walls,roof,driveway,etc) or just simply send a reference picture of the house,we are able to match the finishes for you.
3. Desired landscape reference.
4. Desired camera angle position.
5. Rendering mood choice
6. Any other details you need us to visualize.

If you need a detailed touch on your design, we will need more detailed information:

1. Website Link - which help us in searching high resolution images(for texture),a couple of different angle images(for furniture modelling) and dimension of the product.

Note: For product that doesn't have dimension on the website,you may need to provide us with the dimension or we may estimate them as well.

2. Picture of the product - is to make sure the website link given is the correct one and sometimes if the website link provided is error, so we can search manually for the product and double check if they are the correct one.

3. Additional Note of the details(Optional) - For example: "This is the design of the sofa but for the material will use other fabric (please follow another picture/website link)"

4. Floor plan with furniture placement(Include Dimensions of the room ) + camera angles -
        


        A. Floor plan with dimension - We need the dimension to draw your room include             ceiling height,unless you want us to do rough estimation but we still need the             basic dimension ( .dwg or PDF or Sketch).
        


        B. Furniture Placement - We need to know where to put all of the details information             inside your room(Furniture,woodwork,materials,etc)
        


        C. Camera Angles - We need to know which side of the room are we going to             shot,this is for furniture detailing and pricing of the project.


5. Site photos(OPTIONAL) - Sometimes when you do renovation there may be existing items that will still remain, this will help in such case.




If you need a quick steps on details ( without customization):


1.Picture reference of interior/exterior style - we will estimate all the finishes(furniture style, flooring,wall,ceiling etc, as your instruction of which details to be refer to).


2. Floor plan with furniture placement(Include Dimensions of the room ) + camera angles


3. Site photos(OPTIONAL)
